This is Lower Cedar Creek near Mackay, Idaho. It is a huge spring that gushes straight out of a rock wall. It is a 1 ½ mile hike from the trailhead to the spring, a very easy hike with much history. It was very misty where I was taking the picture, hence the mist droplets in the air with the rainbows inside them, the sun was just breaking the skyline in the morning.
